Installation
Installing for Claude Desktop
Option 1: One-Command Installation
npx mcpbar@latest install rashidazarang/airtable-mcp -c claude
This command will automatically install and configure the Airtable MCP MCP server for your selected client.
Option 2: Manual Configuration
Run the command below to open your configuration file:
npx mcpbar@latest edit -c claude
After opening your configuration file, copy and paste this configuration:

Quick Start

Get Your Airtable Credentials
- Get your Airtable API token from your account page
- Get your base ID from your Airtable base URL (format:
appi7fWMQcB3BNzPs
)

Configure Claude Desktop
- Open
~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json
- Add the following configuration:

- Make sure Node.js is installed (

- Avoid using extra backslashes or escape characters

to verify the installation
